New partnership agreement allows IIRUC Service to distribute Todos's security solutions in Romania, Central and Eastern Europe.

Gothenburg, Sweden and Bucharest, Romania - June 9, 2009 - IIRUC Service has signed a partnership agreement to distribute Todos's eCode technology and authentication devices in Romania, Central and Eastern Europe.
