Employee Free Choice Act Will Cost US Economy 600,000 Jobs in 2010

Increased Unemployment and Stifled Job Growth Will Claim Millions More in Decades to Come According to the study, An Empirical Assessment of the Employee Free Choice Act: The Economic Implications, every 3 percentage points gained in union membership through card checks and mandatory arbitration will result in a 1 percentage point rise in the unemployment rate the following year.
