Constant Contact Announces Small Business Email Marketing Expert for the Greater Los Angeles Area

As the New Year begins, small businesses have weathered the challenges of 2008 and are looking for additional opportunities to achieve success and growth. To help Greater Los Angeles area small businesses better connect with their customers, Constant Contact®, Inc. (NasdaqGM: CTCT), a leading provider of email marketing and online surveys, today announced the hiring of local small business expert, Kelly Flint.

In her new role, Flint conducts free interactive seminars throughout Greater Los Angeles, including Orange Country, to educate small businesses on how email marketing and other online tools can support their business goals. These seminars provide fundamentals for the creation of successful and effective communications programs that help small businesses stay connected to their customers, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.

“The number of small businesses in Los Angeles is staggering,” said Kelly Flint, regional development director, Constant Contact. “The diversity and creativity that characterize this community never cease to amaze and inspire me. My family owned a small business, so I’ve always admired entrepreneurial ambition. Now I look forward to the opportunity to educate and motivate these small businesses by sharing the latest and most effective marketing and small businesses tools.”

Partnering with Local Businesses

Flint also works with numerous Constant Contact Business Partners throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. These partners represent various market sectors and, as Constant Contact “power users”, serve as key advocates in educating their peers about the power of email marketing and online survey tools.

“The opportunity to leverage the resources and expertise offered by Constant Contact and Kelly presents new opportunities for many Los Angeles area businesses. We are looking forward to working with Kelly and helping our clients utilize the Constant Contact email marketing system,” said Alan Armijo, President, Tech International / My Web Stand, a Long Beach website and IT consultant services provider. “Kelly’s knowledge and understanding of our diverse small business community and her dedication to helping entrepreneurs really understand how to use new marketing tools so they may grow and prosper is truly remarkable – she is a trusted and valuable resource.”

Flint added, “Working with Constant Contact Business Partners strengthens my ability to make a difference in the Greater Los Angeles small business community. These companies really epitomize the openness to new ideas that make Angelinos such great entrepreneurs.”

In addition, as a commitment to serving this diverse business community, Flint works with several Chambers of Commerce, including Manhattan Beach, Signal Hill and the Orange County Hispanic and Orange County Black Chambers of Commerce.

Flint’s ongoing seminars provide a useful forum to educate and promote the Greater Los Angeles small business community. To learn more about upcoming seminars in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, please visit: http://losangeles.constantcontact.com/index.jsp.
