BURLINGTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/11/13 -- Tempus Capital Inc. ("Tempus") announces it has closed on private placement financings.
The financings resulted in the issuance of 3,982,998 common shares for gross proceeds of $298,725 at a price of $0.075 per common share.
Included in the gross proceeds is an amount of $108,225 on which Tempus paid to M Partners Inc. a cash fee of 4% of the gross amount so raised.
The gross proceeds from the private placements will be used for working capital purposes.
Following these transactions there are 5,882,998 Tempus common shares issued and outstanding.
