SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwire) -- 02/07/13 -- Gensource Capital Corporation ("Gensource" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GSP) announces that Mr. Norman Brewster is stepping down as Chairman and director of Gensource Capital Corporation for personal reasons. We would like to thank him for his service and wish him well.
Mr. Michael Newman director of Gensource Capital Corporation has been appointed as interim Chairman until the next annual general meeting to be held in June of this year. The Company will be undertaking a Board review and will report at the annual meeting.
