Liberty Global, Inc. (“Liberty Global”) (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK) and Virgin Media Inc. (“Virgin Media”) (NASDAQ: VMED; LSE: VMED) will conduct a joint call to discuss the transaction for members of the media on February 6, 2013 at 02:00 a.m. EST (February 6, 2013 at 7:00 a.m. GMT). At that time, management of both Liberty Global and Virgin Media may make observations concerning their historical operating performance, their results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2012 and may make comments regarding outlook and other forward-looking information.
