Teletouch Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: TLLE), a leading U.S. cellular services provider and consumer electronics distributor, today announced that the Teletouch investor and analyst conference call scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled and will be rescheduled as soon as practical, due to the currently ongoing nature of the Company’s previously disclosed negotiations with the Company’s prospective new lender.
This call will be rescheduled for no later than Tuesday, February 12th. Further calling instructions will be provided by the Company by the week’s end. Note: The results filed on Form 10-Q for the fiscal second quarter ended on November 30, 2012, were released on Tuesday, January 22nd, and are available on EDGAR and the Company’s corporate website, www.teletouch.com.
