Based in Lancashire, England, EURAVIA specialises in aftermarket services for a wide range of P&WC PT6 engines. The strategic partnership will support Bell 412 and 212 aircraft throughout Australasia. Sikorsky Aircraft Australia Limited is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and does business as SIKORSKY HELITECH, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) company. SAS is the aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

SIKORSKY HELITECH and EURAVIA will develop a joint engine MRO strategy for Australia and Southeast Asia to support PT6T-powered Bell 212, Bell 412 and Bell UH-1H helicopters. Sikorsky's support will include storage, logistics and distribution services across Australia as well as logistical facilities for shipments to and from Australia and the United Kingdom.
