Ticketmaster UK, a Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:LYV) company, has announced a new, multi-year contract with the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre Arena (AECC) providing complete ticketing services and new customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ticketmaster will continue to deliver in-house ticketing software enabling AECC to manage event ticketing and access control for the venue. AECC will also be benefit from Ticketmaster's new LiveAnalytics suite of CRM products. Live Analytics provides powerful customer insight through "tmAnalytics" a self-serve audience profile reports tool; and "tmMessenger" a powerful email tool with audience segmentation.
Additionally, the new contract will see the HMV store located on Union Street in Aberdeen become a new city centre box office facility for the AECC in 2013, with the ability to sell tickets for the venue's events as well as all other events sold through the Ticketmaster site.
