3. Look for experience – and the cutting edge
It's great to find a realtor that's been in the industry for years and years. However, the last thing you want is a "dinosaur" who doesn't keep up with any of the latest trends. This will enable you to separate the "wannabes" from the "somebodies". A good realtor won't bog you down with fluff.
