Tylted, one of the mobile web’s leading communities for social and casual gaming, today announced partnerships with ten leading game developers to publish their games on Tylted’s HTML5 platform. Hits like Slingo Ricochet and TinyCo’s Tiny Monsters will be among the fifty new titles available to millions of social games fans on the re-launched m.tylted.com mobile site.
Slingo and TinyCo join a growing number of leading gaming companies, including SOFTGAMES, Tweensoft, Bushido Games, New Game Town, One Sock Prince and Lost Decade Games, now developing on Tylted’s HTML5 platform with its high-performance API tool kit and publishing suite that eases developers through the development and publishing process. Tylted offers developers advanced features like realistic sound effects, haptic feedback and cloud-based play to optimize the mobile games experience with no downloads or app store purchases required.
Eric Lamendola, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Slingo, detailed more of the Tylted’s platform benefits: “The advanced multimedia capabilities, streamlined coding and cross-platform compatibility of HTML5 allow us to offer greater in-game functionality and social integration across a wide variety of consumer platforms.”
Lamendola also spoke about the advantages of joining the Tylted community—where users average more than 20 minutes per session: “Slingo games were among the first social games introduced on the web, and Tylted’s keen understanding of social interaction and implementation makes them an ideal partner for publishing Slingo Ricochet on mobile devices.”
Andrew N. Green, Director of Business Development at TinyCo, agreed: “Tylted is a great game platform for the mobile web,” he said. “Partnering with Tylted will allow TinyCo to optimize our hit game Tiny Monsters in HTML5 and learn more about how to delight customers on the mobile web.”
“We are ecstatic to have the industry’s leading developers create games on Tylted’s platform and to deploy their hit mobile and social games to our massive audience of gamers. Our expanding library of games just got bigger and better!” said Tylted CEO Lon Otremba.
