HONG KONG, Nov. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Network CN Inc. (OTCBB.NWCN) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Yi Gao Shanghai Advertising Limited, has entered into an Agreement to co-operate with "Shanghai New Athletes Travel Limited" to operate the advertising area of the No. 2 Building in Shanghai New Athletes' City ("the City"), Putuo District, Shanghai.
Under the Agreement signed, Shanghai New Athletes Travel Limited is the owner of the No. 2 Building in City and NWCN will be responsible for the media planning and to operate the advertising media of the building. The Agreement is signed with one-year term from November 17, 2012 to November 16, 2013.
The City is located in Putuo Disctrict, Shanghai with a total area of 16,700 square meters. The No. 2 Building which will offer offices and service apartment is facing the railway that will attract a lot of attention by the advertising billboard. NWCN plans to build a mega-size advertising billboard on the rooftop of the building. Other buildings will offer offices and shopping malls. In the western area of the City, a sport center with 45,000 square meters which consists of different types of sports areas will be built. In the eastern area of the City, there is a park of 12,500 square meters. The City is well-planned with business, sports and leisure area.
NWCN took the first step towards its new direction to start working closely with property developers in media planning for the property in a very early stage.
