TROY, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Dart Appraisal (www.dartappraisal.com), a leader in innovative customer solutions in the appraisal management industry, today announced a reorganization of its customer service department resulting in the creation of six new Customer Service Team Leader positions. The company has also expanded its management team by promoting Tracey Volltrauer to Vendor Manager from Vendor Coordinator, and adding Michelle Gimbutis as Associate Marketing Manager.
These appointments will help to support the fast-growing company, which increased its volume by 76% last year and is poised for more growth in 2013. The customer service group was divided into teams to better serve its customers. Customer Service Team Leader promotions include Kimberly Bowman, Kathryn Ferreri, Rachel Lasater, Thomas Moser and Kim Parisek. Team leaders will provide direction to their team on a day to day basis, provide the support needed for escalations, coach the individuals to improve performance, and be responsible for the overall performance of their team productivity.
Volltrauer was promoted from Vendor Coordinator where she helped streamline Dart Appraisal's vendor management processes. As Vendor Manager, she will concentrate on further building the company's national panel of appraisers in areas where there is a growing demand. The company has also expanded Volltrauer's vendor support team to better serve its appraisers and grow its national appraiser panel.

There she was responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns for member recruitment and retention, government relations and continuing professional education events.
