The exercise price of these stock option grants has been revised from $0.07 to $0.10 per share.

The exercise price revision, from $0.07 to $0.10 per share, relates to 2,000,000 stock options granted to Neil Belenkie and 400,000 stock options granted to Nigel Terrett in connection with their appointments as Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Advisor, respectively.
