Nlyte Software, the industry leader in data center infrastructure management (DCIM), today announced the Aperture Trade-Up program, which allows current users of Aperture DCIM tools to trade up to the industry’s most comprehensive DCIM solution. After many successful replacements of Aperture, Nlyte has developed the tools and structured processes required to easily transfer a client’s existing data center asset model from an older Aperture environment to Nlyte’s award-winning DCIM offering. Aperture customers wishing to “Trade-Up” to Nlyte can get their existing asset inventory migrated to Nlyte for free and may select from multiple software licensing options as part of this program.
“Aperture and other first-generation DCIM customers have been coming to us for the past few years to migrate to our industry-leading platform so they can finally optimize data center operations, improve governance, assure compliance and minimize risk while reducing energy consumption and future capital expenditures,” said Doug Sabella, Nlyte Software president and CEO. “We took the experience that we gained from converting a number of Aperture installations and packaged it in a fashion that can be replicated quite easily to convert any customer from their present-day Aperture installation to Nlyte.”
Nlyte’s state of the art DCIM offering provides for the asset management, resource planning, predictive intelligence and management controls needed to achieve smarter, more efficient and highly available data. Nlyte’s offering includes patented technology for intelligent placement of assets. Combined with a third generation workflow engine and the recently announced NgaugeAPITM open interface, Nlyte has proven that integrated DCIM can be easily deployed across any scale and when coupled with our advanced reporting and dashboard capabilities, supports the wide range of needs required from a successful enterprise resource planning initiative. Many early adopters of first generation tactical tools like Aperture have already had great success migrating from their Aperture environment to Nlyte, and the company welcomes all current Aperture users to take advantage of this opportunity in order to protect their current investment.
