MILWAUKEE, WI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/30/05 -- Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI), today announced the launch of a new wealth management customer relationship management (CRM) tool, WealthRM, through a unique licensing agreement with ClienTracs, Inc. Based in Atlanta, ClienTracs is a leading provider of wealth management CRM technology for financial institutions.

WealthRM, powered by ClienTracs, assists financial advisors with sales prospecting, cross-selling, referral tracking, and relationship management. It allows them to more effectively capture and analyze specific financial information from their high net worth clients and make recommendations regarding estate planning, investment management, insurance, cash and credit management. This agreement provides Metavante with exclusive rights to sell and market WealthRM to the wealth management industry, including clients using Metavante's TrustDesk platform and to clients using other platforms.
